How do I place an order?

We accept orders via our website, email, or over the phone. We encourage new orders/projects to be emailed directly to our branding specialist at sales@jedcosales.com for best product guidance.  Call 217-342-3407 or toll free 800-284-1057 and use option 1.

 

Am I limited to the products only found on the website?

We can brand most any product and/or brand. If there is a product you have in mind and can’t find it on our website please reach out to one our Branding Specialist. They will assist you with product research.

 

Can you imprint retail brands?

Yes! We are wholesalers for a wide range of retail brands. Carhartt, Nike, Eddie Bauer, Yeti, and Stanley are just a few examples of retail brands we offer.

 

What type of art file is needed?

High resolution (at least 300 pixels per inch) artwork is required to provide the best quality image on products. Vector art files are even better (ie. eps, ai, pdf) Don’t have artwork?! No problem, our graphics team will work hand in hand with business owners to achieve the picture-perfect art/logo.

 

What is a set up charge?

Most products have a set up fee to cover the cost of machine setup for your specific logo/artwork. These charges cover the creation of screens, embroidery files, stamps, dies or other necessary items to imprint logos on to products. Set up fees will vary per item. It is important to note these are NOT art charges.

 

Can I order quantities smaller or larger than shown?

Most orders have a minimum quantity. Please contact your Branding Specialist with any quantities outside of the listed quantities. Some items are available in a lower quantity for a less than minimum fee.

Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

Yes, unless it is an exact re-order (same item and art). We will not proceed with an order until the virtual layout(s) are approved.

How long does it take to receive items once my order is placed?

Production time can vary depending on the specific item. Apparel orders average 2-3 weeks. Hard-good items average 3 weeks or less. Headwear average 3-4 weeks depending on domestic hats vs overseas hats.

 

Can I ship using my own shipping account?

Absolutely! Please let your account representative know that you wish to use your own shipper number at the time you place the order.

 

Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?

Yes! Please let your account representative know that you wish to split the shipment to multiple locations when placing the order and they will be happy to assist you with this request. Split shipments may require an additional fee for additional locations.
