How do I place an order?

What is a setup charge?

Yes, we provide a digital proof for approval before production. This allows you to review design placement, colors, and details. Note that changes after proof approval may delay production. We will not move forward with creating your order until the virtual layouts are approved.

 

Do you provide customer artwork or design help?

Yes! Our team can assist with artwork adjustments and minor design modifications. We accept vector file formats like AI, EPS, or PDF. Additional charges may apply for complex design work. 

 

How long does it take to receive items once my order is placed? 

Production time can vary depending on the specific item. Standard turnaround is typically 5-10 business days, but rush options may be available. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Can I ship using my own shipping account?
