  • Yes, if we don't currently have an embroidery file of your logo you will be charged $35.
  • No, if you are a current customer and we have a hat embroidery file.
• How many colors can my logo be and are there any restrictions?
  • No Limit on thread colors. Embroidery over 10,000 stitches are subject to surcharges. 
• I don't have a logo/art can you create something for me?
  • Yes, the order may be subject to a small artwork and embroidery set up fees.
• Where does my logo print on the hat?
  • One Location - Full Front is the most popular decoration location on headwear. 
• Can I put another logo somewhere else on the hat? 
  • No, this sale is front decoration only.  
• What is the minimum quantity of hats I can order? 
  • 24 total hats
• What is the max amount of hats I can order?
  • Only limiting factor is inventory availability 
• How does the hat fit?
  • This is a medium profile six panel structured cap with a standard pre-curved visor, camouflage twill fabric, and a fabric strap with two piece hook & loop closure. 
• What is the turn around time?
  • 2-3 weeks, unless other agreements have been made with your branding specialist.
• Can you ship my order to me?
  • We can ship orders if needed. Additional shipping charges will apply for order under qty 72.
• Can I get free shipping?
  • All orders of 72 and more hats will receive free shipping
